Pull down wardrobe rails are for fitting into existing wardrobes and designed to facilitate access to high hanging clothes. Some have a spring-loaded mechanism which is pulled down with a pole, others are electrically operated with an up / down control. For safety reasons it is recommended that these wardrobe rails are only used in wardrobes which have been fitted to a wall.
