Welcome to Haringey Council's version of AskSARA. Developed by the Disabled Living Foundation (DLF), AskSARA is an online guided advice tool for people who have difficulty with aspects of daily living such as bathing, walking, eating or other everyday activities.


By answering AskSARA's questions about yourself and your environment, you will get:

- ideas and tips about ways to make your life easier,
- details of products that might help you, and where to get them,

or we'll let you know if you might need an Occupational Therapy assessment.
