If you (or your family member) are not able to use a computer, do not have access to one or wish to have additional assistance when using AskSARA you can contact DLF Helpline - 0845 130 9177. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mon-Fri.

Alternatively you can access the internet at your local library or receive additional assistance via your local Age Concern.
