What AskSARA does not cover
AskSARA does not give advice on Plymouth City Council services such as the domiciliary care, respite breaks or information for carers. More information on these services is available by visiting on the www.plymouth.gov.uk website.
Complex needs
If you think that your needs are complicated, you can still use AskSARA first as it may have some immediate solutions for you. When you have done this, you can contact the customer services team to request a referral for a professional assessment.
